I am a novelist, essayist, and poet as well as a professional editor. I have been teaching writing, rhetoric, and creative expression since 2003. With multiple degrees in English and Education, I am well-equipped to generate material for your project and/or guide you through your own creative process–whatever it takes to help you reach your goals.​

My work outside of education has ranged from small businesses to media companies to nonprofits. From grants to scripts, I’ve done it all.  Both my scholarly and artistic writing has found publication. As a consultant, I am highly adaptable and quick on the uptake. I am always happy to apply my language and communication skills to a new field.
